The nose unveils delicate aromas of strawberry cream, kumquat sorbet, ripe kiwi and brier rose. The palate is fruit driven and plush yet uplifted by a refreshing acidity. Banana taffy and quince paste overlay softer nuances of ocean spray and white radish. clementine zest, fresh herbs and white cranberries calmly linger.

Essence of blueberry reduction, olive tapenade and vanilla bean billow from the glass. Soft cloaked acidity and supple, well integrated tannin define a bold and textured palate. Halos of black plum, rootbeer float and roasted marshmallow deepen the multi-dimensional core. The finish whispers with candied bacon, charred mint and cracked white pepper.

66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot

Red plum, sweet red pepper, boysenberry strudel and dried oregano leap from the glass. Though present, the tannins are powdered and refined redolent of terracotta garden pots and freshly turned soil. The fresh acidity lifts expressive elements of black cherry, white cranberry and hibiscus tea leaf. The finish emerges with a pleasant earthiness shaded by crushed gravel, tomato coulis and Baker’s chocolate.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon

The nose welcomes aromas of blackcurrant, sugar plum, tomato stem and freshly milled cedar. Dark cherry, pomegranate molasses and espresso bean harmoniously balance upon high toned acidity and dusty tannin. Stony minerality deepens the lingering nuance of toasted oregano, Baker’s chocolate and hibiscus tea.

Dried blackberry, toasted oak, black olive and balsamic glaze take the lead. Full body, firm tannin, soft acidity and undertones of graphite-like minerality mark the wine’s backbone. Savory touches of blueberry crumble, caramelized bacon, espresso bean and cracked peppercorn endure.
