43% Mourvèdre, 38% Grenache, 19% Tempranillo
An aromatic thread of dried blueberry, strawberry shortcake, red licorice and Asian Five spice subtly weave through the nuance of braised bramble and smoked meats. Soft-shouldered tannin and juicy acidity melt upon the palate. Fig and almond tart, toasted vanilla bean, pressed espresso and medicinal herbs develop along the finish.
A seamless blend that exudes a kaleidoscope of red and dark fruit elements ranging from strawberry fields to baked blueberry. Fine-grained tannin cascade over the palate staging dimensions of spiced black cherry, cranberry crumble, vanilla latte and Herbs de Provence. Underscored by a punchy acidity, the finish is seasoned with nuances of clove tobacco, pink peppercorn and a dash of blood orange pith.
