100% Zinfandel

On the nose aromas of plum compote, caramelized cherry and black currant take the lead followed closely by bay leaf and crushed pumice. The palate is rich and smooth, revealing baked blueberry and wild raspberry essense. A light dusting of powdered tannin knit candied cranberry, jasmine flower, hibiscus tea and espresso bean for the finale.
