Plush white orchid plays coyly with sun-touched orchards of peach, apricot and Gala apple to enchant the nose. Subtle tropical undertones of guava and dragon fruit rise to the palate, mingled with garden greenery, snow pea shoots and freshly minced herbs. A bright acidity highlights wild iced chamomile and honeydew melon, and whispers citrus zests that float and linger.
