Distinctive aromas of peony petals, red plum, dried herbs and garden rhubarb lures the nose. Rustic tannin and a juicy acidity underscore layers of sour cherry, white raspberry and hibiscus tea. The finish prevails with qualities of fresh thyme, blood orange oil, toasted tobacco and the slightest hint of warm salted toffee.
